**Job Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Clearly explain program benefits, eligibility, and enrollment process
- Maintain a daily record of calls, responses, and follow-ups
- Coordinate with the field and admin teams for participant confirmations
- Follow up with interested individuals and assist with registration
- Handle basic inquiries and escalate complex ones to the supervisor

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 12th pass; graduate preferred
- Good verbal communication skills in **Marathi** and **Hindi**; basic **English** is a plus
- Confident telephone manners and a pleasant speaking voice
- Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Google Sheets, WhatsApp Web)
- Prior experience in telecalling or customer service is an advantage
- Polite, patient, and persuasive approach to calling
