We’re looking for a passionate and experienced IELTS Tutor to join our team and help students achieve their study abroad dreams.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Conduct Classes**: Deliver engaging and interactive IELTS preparation classes (Listening, Reading, Writing, Speaking) to students.
- **Curriculum Development**: Create and customize lesson plans and study materials to suit individual student needs.
- **Assessment & Feedback**: Evaluate students’ progress through mock tests and provide constructive feedback to improve their skills.
- **Individual Attention**: Offer personalized guidance to students to overcome specific challenges and boost their confidence.
- **Test Strategies**: Teach effective time management and test-taking strategies to maximize students’ scores.
- **Resource Management**: Stay updated on IELTS exam trends and adapt teaching methods accordingly.
- **Student Motivation**: Motivate and inspire students to perform at their best through positive reinforcement.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience teaching IELTS or other English proficiency exams.
- Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
- Familiarity with IELTS test formats, scoring criteria, and preparation techniques.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Patience and dedication to student success.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Certification in TEFL/TESOL/CELTA is an added advantage.
- Experience in online teaching platforms is a plus.
