**Key Responsibilities**:

- Teach **English language** to students from **Standard 1 to Standard 7.**:

- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to the different learning needs and levels of the students.
- Foster a positive and interactive learning environment that encourages language development and critical thinking.
- Assess and evaluate students' progress through tests, assignments, and regular feedback.
- Utilize a variety of teaching methodologies to make English language learning enjoyable and effective.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to enhance the overall learning experience of students.
- Participate in parent-teacher meetings and provide feedback on students' performance.

**Requirements**:

- **Bachelor’s degree** in English, Education, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- **Previous experience** in teaching English, preferably to young students in primary and middle school (1st to 7th standard).
- Strong understanding of English grammar, literature, and pronunciation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create a stimulating and inclusive classroom environment.
- Passion for teaching and promoting the English language.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Familiarity with modern teaching tools and technology for effective language instruction.
- Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for working with young learners.
