**Position Purpose**
- Associate will be responsible for performing daily tasks related to Treasury and GBS (Group Bank Service) He/ She will work on the daily tasks, monitor the nostro accounts and will report directly to the Team Manager of the Treasury team. The staff will be working closely with Paris management, Relationship management, Front office and external Brokers as part of their daily BAU.

**Responsibilities**

**Direct Responsibilities**

TFLM is in charge of managing estimated cash in currencies and euros and the management of flows in euros, as well as the leveling of accounts opened in the books of correspondents.

Nostri Correspondent Managers are part of the Currency team

**Day to day production**

**1. Litigation management (late payments)**
- Preparation of litigations on Nostri accounts received from Bankrec in PCM
- Sending of litigations to Back Offices in charge
- Management of potential modification requests

**2. Management of interest scales on Nostri accounts**
- Control and creation of accounting documents for interest scales received from our correspondents and handover to the accounting unit of TFLM
- Control, allocation and creation of accounting documents for invoices received from our correspondents and handover to the accounting unit of TFLM
- Interaction with Treasury and GBS (Group Bank Service) - Correspondent Banking for any problem related to account conditions
- Update of the account conditions received from the correspondent banks in PCM and Bankrec. Update sent to TFLM for information

**3. Reporting on Incidents and litigation activity**
- Creation of statistics

**4. **Management of market rates and reference rates**
- Retrieval and input of reference rates (for PCM and Bankrec)

**5. AFARIA outstanding management (NOSTRI breaks)**

**6. Liquidity Manager (Treasury forecast)**
- Management of a low volume currency basket

**7. Management of NOSTRI accounts in Bankrec**
- Account opening and closing in Bancrec
- Reconciliation of the opened accounts to a group of corresponding accounts

**8. Management of litigation and incident complaints (TFLM activity)**
- Handling of all complaints received from all BNPP SA Back-Offices

**Technical & Behavioral Competencies**
- Ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment, prioritizes multiple tasks, and meets strict deadlines.
- Ability to work in a team environment in coordination with the colleagues and the mangers.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications and strong MS Excel skills required.
