Wholesale Business in DM2 Markets
- Ensure the strategic and operating goals and objectives of the DM2 wholesale
parts business are met while meeting established profit targets
- Develop and Enhance Wholesale Business in DM 2 Markets by Tracking the Wholesale business, developing tactical VM Programs, supporting the distributor with sales plan and strategies
- Development of annual parts wholesale budgets (ASO)
- Share best practices within the distributor network
- Awareness of dealer Key Accounts and IRF’s
- Growth in parts sales and purchases by category and product channel
- Supporting the Zonal Managers with Pricing Support by working with revenue Management team for improving the wholesale business
- Ensure creation of growth opportunities and increase sales by implementing tactical marketing programs, ensuring dealer staff are aware of FME programs, training,
and support
- Track the revenue of DM2 Markets and analyze the gaps and opportunities
- Focusing on growth of key commodities by developing VM Program, implementing and ensuring the target achievement through those VM Programs
Vehicle Off Road (VOR) tracking for ME ROME and DM2 Markets
- Working with zonal Managers to get the weekly VOR update
- Reverting the update to zonal Managers on VOR with the support of PS&L team
- Weekly cadence with zonal managers on VOR with the support of PS&L team
- Presenting top concerns at discussion forum to get support
Analytical Support for ME, ROME and DM2 markets
- Providing data and analytical support to zonal managers, People leaders and support teams for any data requirement or analysis on Ad Hoc Basis

- Fluency in English is a must, Arabic is desirable
- Independent individual with strong organizational skills and strong business acumen to manage multiple tasks at once and deliver superior results on a timely basis.
- High competency and proficiency in the functionality of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, including strong presentation skills, is non-negotiable.
- Meticulous attention to detail is an absolute MUST.
- Presentation skills - Excellent written and verbal; able to walk people of various levels of an organization through complex data utilizing efficient and effective methods, as determined most appropriate for the audience and contents (i.e., Excel tables vs graphs vs PowerPoint decks)
- Relationship building - able to read and connect with key business partners (internal and external) and establish collaborative partnerships
- Strong business analytical acumen: able to read, interpret, and action data into business plans that provide a compelling case for change
- Able to work under tight deadlines, pressurized and often unstructured environment with different daily challenges
- Associate degree (AA) in a technical field or comparable work experience.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Three-Five years of automotive parts sales or related experience with supervisory experience preferred
- Management skills to include strategic plan development, decision making abilities, program implementation and coaching
- Ability to display extensive product knowledge to dealers, customer(s) and other management to assist with purchase decisions
- Must be highly organized, detail-oriented and results driven
- Wholesale parts target achievement
- Wholesale parts revenue growth
- Motorcraft and Omnicraft parts revenue growth
- Increase market share of Motorcraft and Omnicraft products
- Identify and implement when a dealer is suitable for the Bulk Oil Program
