  • A wholesale assistant supports sales and operations by handling administrative tasks like order processing, inventory management, and customer communication. Responsibilities include assisting with sales reports, managing sales data, preparing sales materials, and ensuring client orders are fulfilled accurately and on time. This role requires strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills, often with experience in sales, administration, or a similar field. Key responsibilities
  • Sales support: Assist in developing sales strategies and meeting sales goals. Prepare sales reports, analyze sales data, and present findings to management. Manage sales orders from entry to final delivery.
  • Communicate with clients to answer questions, track orders, and address concerns. Assist with market research and competitor analysis.
  • Administrative and operational support: Process invoices and ensure timely payments.
  • Maintain and update customer and product information. Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operations and timely deliveries.
  • Help with showroom setup and sample management. Inventory and logistics: Conduct regular inventory checks and monitor stock levels.
  • Process purchase orders and ensure all shipment-related paperwork is accurate. Suggest alternatives for out-of-stock items.
  • Required skills and qualifications
  • Education: A bachelor's degree in a business-related field is often preferred, but not always required.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a sales, wholesale, or administrative role is beneficial.
  • Technical skills: Proficiency with sales management software (like CRM systems) and Microsoft Office Suite is important.
  • Soft skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail.
