**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities:1. Cloth Inward & Inventory Management**
- Supervise the inwarding process of cloth materials ensuring accurate documentation and quality verification.
- Maintain proper storage and handling to prevent material damage and wastage.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement and production teams to avoid shortages or excesses.
- Implement systematic stock audits and maintain records to ensure accountability.

**2. People Management & Attendance**
- Lead, manage, and support the factory workforce to achieve production goals.
- Ensure timely attendance and punctuality of all employees.
- Conduct regular attendance tracking and escalate irregularities as needed.
- Address employee grievances promptly and maintain a healthy working environment.

**3. Motivation & Team Building**
- Inspire and encourage team members to achieve targets through positive reinforcement.
- Conduct periodic team meetings to communicate expectations, goals, and feedback.
- Identify training needs and coordinate skill development initiatives.
- Build a culture of discipline, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

**4. Timelines & Commitment Enforcement**
- Ensure strict adherence to production schedules and delivery timelines.
- Monitor daily operations and take proactive measures to resolve bottlenecks or delays.
- Report on performance metrics and highlight areas requiring immediate intervention.
- Implement and enforce standard operating procedures to enhance efficiency and quality.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in garment manufacturing operations or related industry.
- Strong organizational and inventory management skills.
- Excellent leadership and team-building abilities.
- Ability to motivate and manage people under pressure.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficient in basic computer operations and record maintenance.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Diploma or degree in Textile Technology, Apparel Manufacturing, or related field.
- Experience in lean manufacturing or production planning.
