**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
Lead and manage a team of business analysts, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to enhance their performance and professional development.

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into actionable data requirements.

Oversee the collection, processing, and analysis of data to generate valuable insights and actionable recommendations for the organization.

Designand maintain robust reporting systems and dashboards that provide real-time business performance insights.

Monitorkey performance indicators (KPIs) and track the progress of various business initiatives, proactively identifying areas for improvement.

Workclosely with cross-functional teams to drive data quality and consistency across the organization.

Stayupdated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in business intelligence and data analytics.

Ensurecompliance with data privacy and security regulations, maintaining the confidentiality and integrity of sensitive data.

**Qualifications and Experience**:
Bachelor’sdegree in Business, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.

Provenexperience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a similar role, with a minimum of 3 years of experience.

Strongleadership and team management skills.

Proficiencyin data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and SQL.

Excellentanalytical and problem-solving abilities.

Effectivecommunication and presentation skills.
