Mars Wellspring, a leading Pain Solution Center, is seeking a motivated and empathetic Pain Relief Advocate (Telecaller/Wellness Counselor) to join our growing team. You'll play a vital role in reaching out to potential patients, educating them about our pain management solutions, and guiding them towards a path of long-lasting relief.

**Responsibilities**:

- Initiate phone calls to inquire about potential patients' pain concerns.
- Actively listen and build rapport with callers, demonstrating empathy and understanding.
- Clearly explain Mars Wellspring's services and treatment plans, highlighting the benefits of our personalized approach (physiotherapy, alternative medicine, etc.).
- Answer questions and address any concerns potential patients may have about our treatments.
- Schedule appointments for interested individuals and ensure a smooth intake process.
- Follow up with patients after their initial consultation to gauge their experience and answer any further questions.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to patients, encouraging them to maintain their recommended routines (exercises, self-care practices, etc.).

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a clear and friendly telephone voice.
- Active listening skills and the ability to build rapport with people from diverse backgrounds.
- Strong understanding of pain management concepts (a plus).
- A positive and enthusiastic attitude with a genuine desire to help others.
- Basic computer literacy and the ability to learn new software (electronic health records training provided).
- Time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
