**A. Position Summary**

We are looking for Back Office - Sales Executive for Dynamic Prestress (India) Pvt. Ltd. The position is based at Mumbai
- Andheri East.

As an back office executive, you will be in charge of daily administrative tasks.

Employment Type: Full-time
- Job Functions: Office Executive

**Key Responsibilities**
- Preparing quotation, Processing sales & purchase orders internally along with respective offers making day to day
- Follow-up with client for purchase orders & work orders.
- Preparing & checking Material Dispatch Instruction & forwarding to factory and Tracking dispatch till final receipt at client disposal
- Daily co-ordination with production team for dispatch schedule
- Boosting sales effectiveness & productivity by contacting customers and ensuring up-to date sales materials
- Preparing weekly pending dispatch reports.
- Utilize company resources to develop a filing system that keeps all active sales files available digitally and in hard copy form
- Daily follow up with the client for updating them about material readiness through mails
- Reviewing the work orders with all the terms and conditions
- Sending Proforma Invoice for the advance payment for materials
- Follow up for payments for PDC, LC & BG against work order.
- Attending queries raised by clients for product
- Daily sales order updating in the SAP.
- Generating sales report sales person wise from SAP.
- Maintain Forecasting Report based on the quotation.
- Vendor Registration
