**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a driven and customer-focused **Inside Sales Associate** to join our **Processing - Inside Sales** team at our Karapakkam office in Chennai. This role is suited for fresh graduates with an interest in sales and a basic understanding of the logistics sector. You will be responsible for supporting sales activities and contributing to customer acquisition and retention.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Initiate and handle outbound/inbound customer communication to generate leads.
- Present logistics and express delivery solutions to clients.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems.
- Share quotations and follow up for conversions.
- Coordinate with internal departments for service execution and issue resolution.
- Achieve individual and team-based sales targets.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (BBA, BCom, BA, etc.).
- Freshers with basic knowledge of logistics or supply chain preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Eagerness to learn and grow within the organization.
