Join our company as a UI/UX Designer Content Writer and become a key player in defining the voice of our recruiting software. In this role, you’ll create compelling copy that aligns with our user-centered design principles and our brand’s tone. From product names and tutorials to error messages and landing pages, your writing will guide our users through a seamless experience.

Working closely with our cross-functional teams, you’ll help shape the strategy and execution of our UX copy, ensuring consistency and clarity across our web and mobile platforms. If you have a knack for writing clear, engaging copy and a passion for improving user experience, we’d love to hear from you.

**Responsibilities**:

- Write and edit UX copy for new features, including product names, navigational elements, and error messages
- Create content guidelines for design system components
- Ensure consistency with brand voice across multiple platforms
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Brand, and Customer Success teams to balance user needs with business goals
- Document and maintain copywriting guidelines and style guides

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design projects.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or InVision.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and defend design decisions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Experience working in agile development environments is a plus.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Freelance

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
