**Qualifications and Skills**:

- 1-3 years of experience as a UI/UX design.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of digital projects (websites, e-commerce and mobile apps).
- Expertise in Figma, Sketch, Wireframing, Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe XD, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop and User Interface (UI) Development.
- Creative ideas with problem solving mindset
- Strong conceptual thinking and ability to execute designs with precision.
- Knowledge of motion design is advantageous.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a strong eye for typography and visual hierarchy.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering user-friendly designs.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma and other tools.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of project needs by performing user research, conducting user tests, and designing rich interactive experiences
- Identify areas of opportunities for clients and solve functional challenges through brainstorming, ideating, and designing digital solutions for the project.
- Create innovative and user-centric designs, focusing on data visualization and workflows.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure alignment between designs and business objectives.
- Transform complex data and workflows into clear, intuitive user experiences.
- Use motion design techniques to enhance digital interactions (a bonus skill).
- Maintain and contribute to the company’s design system to ensure consistency across projects.
- Present and communicate design concepts effectively to team members and clients (if required).
- Ensure designs meet accessibility standards for diverse users.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
