**Role & Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to design user-centric web and mobile interfaces
- Translate user needs and business goals into wireframes, prototypes, and intuitive user experiences
- Design clean, modern, and accessible user interfaces using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to refine design decisions
- Create user personas, journey maps, and high-fidelity mockups for digital products
- Ensure design consistency across platforms and maintain design system standards
- Stay updated with current design trends, UI/UX best practices, and emerging technologies
- Contribute to the brand’s digital presence and help elevate visual storytelling

**Who Can Apply?**
- Students or recent graduates in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or related fields
- Basic understanding of UI/UX principles, usability, and responsive design
- Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch
- Ability to present design ideas clearly and incorporate constructive feedback
- A strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projects (academic or personal)
- Good communication and collaboration skills
- Passionate about crafting seamless user experiences and visually appealing designs
