**Job Title**: US Debt Collection Specialist
**Location**: Noida, Sector
**Budget**: Up to INR 35,000 per month

**Shift: Night Shift**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle outbound and inbound calls to collect outstanding debts from US-based clients.
- Manage a high volume of accounts and maintain effective follow-up to ensure timely payments.
- Negotiate payment plans with debtors while adhering to company policies and industry regulations.
- Document all collection activities and debtor interactions accurately in the company database.
- Work in a fast-paced environment, meeting and exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service while remaining firm and professional in all communication.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 6 months of experience in a US Debt Collection or similar role.
- Prior experience in an international voice process is mandatory.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work in shifts aligned with US time zones (as required).
- Proficiency in using debt collection software and CRM tools is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
