- LOCATION: Noida
- ROLE: US Debt Collection
- SALARY: 20k to 40k plus + incentives
- WORKING DAYTS: 5 days working
- WORKING TIME: 8pm to 5am

Requirements
- 12th is a must.
- At least 6 months experience as a US debt collection
- Excellent verbal / written communication skills.

RESPONSIBILITY:

- Make outbound calls to customers in order to collect past due bills.
- Meet department productivity and quality standards
- Ability to handle high volume calls
- Strive to achieve a first call resolution in order to collect the outstanding bill.
- Responsible for corresponding with customers.
