Digital Marketing Executive

**Job Summary**:As a Digital Marketing Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, building and maintaining relationships with existing clients, and selling digital marketing solutions and services to help clients achieve their online marketing goals. You will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to achieve revenue targets.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Client Relationship Management**: Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients by providing exceptional customer service, understanding their needs, and acting as a trusted advisor.
**Product/Service Knowledge**: Maintain a deep understanding of the company's digital marketing products and services, keeping up-to-date with industry trends and competitive offerings.
**Needs Assessment**: Consult with clients to understand their business goals, challenges, and marketing needs. Conduct a thorough analysis to recommend the most suitable digital marketing solutions.
**Proposal Development**: Create tailored proposals and presentations that outline digital marketing strategies, campaigns, and pricing options to meet clients' objectives.
**Sales Targets**: Set and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets, and report progress to the sales manager or team lead.
**Sales Negotiation**: Negotiate terms and pricing with clients to ensure a win-win solution that meets their budget constraints and maximizes company profitability.
**Sales Collateral**: Develop sales collateral, including marketing materials, case studies, and sales presentations, to support the sales process.
**Market Research**: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market developments to identify new business opportunities and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
**CRM Management**: Use customer relationship management (CRM) tools to track leads, opportunities, and client interactions to maintain accurate records.
**Collaboration**: Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales efforts with marketing campaigns, promotions, and branding initiatives.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in digital marketing sales or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and strategies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Results-oriented and driven to achieve sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
