You will support the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns, working closely with our experienced team to enhance our online presence and achieve our marketing goals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Content Creation**: Contribute to the creation of engaging content for blogs, social media, and website updates. Ensure content is optimized for SEO and aligns with the brand’s voice and strategy.
- **Social Media Management**: Help manage and grow our social media presence by scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and analyzing performance metrics.
- **Market Research**: Conduct research to understand market trends, competitors, and audience behavior. Provide insights to help refine marketing strategies.
- **Analytics and Reporting**: Monitor and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics. Assist in analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- **Collaborative Support**: Work closely with the marketing team to support various projects and initiatives. Assist with administrative tasks and contribute to brainstorming sessions.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- **Skills**: Basic understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO, PPC, social media, and content marketing. Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, or similar is a plus.
- **Communication**: Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to create clear, engaging content and effectively interact with team members and stakeholders.
- **Analytical Mindset**: Basic analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- **Tech-Savvy**: Comfortable using digital marketing tools and software. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
- **Attitude**: Positive, proactive, and eager to learn. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
