**Job Title**: Digital Marketing Executive

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, manage, and optimize social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) for brand engagement and awareness.
- Manage and update the company’s website, ensuring content is optimized for SEO and user experience.
- Analyze and report performance metrics of digital marketing efforts using tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc., and provide recommendations for improvements.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and SEO.
- Assist in the creation and management of paid marketing campaigns (Google AdWords, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
- Perform keyword research and competitor analysis to improve search rankings.
- Work with graphic designers to create high-quality visual content for campaigns.

**Key Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Executive or similar role with 1-2 years of hands-on experience in managing SEO, SEM, and social media campaigns.
- **Residency in Faridabad** is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEMrush, Moz, etc.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in content creation and graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website content management systems like WordPress is a plus.
