**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Billing**:

- Generate and issue invoices for products and services in a timely manner.
- Ensure accuracy of billing information and resolve discrepancies.
- Coordinate with sales and production teams to verify order details.
- **Bookkeeping**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records (accounts payable/receivable).
- Process payments and receipts, including cash, bank, and online transactions.
- Assist in monthly reconciliations of financial data.
- Monitor and maintain petty cash and other company accounts.
- **Reports and Compliance**:

- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements.
- Support the preparation for audits and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- **Communication**:

- Liaise with clients for billing inquiries and payment follow-ups.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in billing and bookkeeping.
- Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, etc.) and MS Office (Excel, Word).
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial processes.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.

**Salary**: ₹12,000 - ₹15,000 per month (based on experience)
