Property and Asset Management

What this job involves

You will be ensuring that all audit and compliance records are maintained efficiently and up to date. You will advise all building in south portfolio for improvement of audit and compliance tracking efficiently, guiding site team, and advising the Estate Manager / Assistant Property Manager for coordinating with different stakeholders. Your key deliverables will be to:
Responsible to maintain and keep record of all audits and compliances.
Responsible to coordinate with site teams to ensure timing action on renewal of compliances.
Responsible to apprise management on any issue related to compliances.
Responsible to keep record of any notice or new instruction from government agency and ensure its implementation.
Ensure that all audit points are closed as per defined TAT and taken up with management wherever required.
Ensure that all audits are closed and report is submitted to HO.
3-4 years of experience in compliance and audit tracking and monitoring.

**Reporting**:
You will be working as SME with central team and reporting to the Key Account Manager.

Your role will involve coordination with various teams. You will be paying attention to detail and have excellent problem-solving skills. You will be using logic to troubleshoot problems and assign and monitor maintenance projects. You should have a good knowledge of the working procedures.
