TSD ELEVATE is seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Counselor for CA Counseling. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of aspiring Chartered Accountants by providing guidance, support, and mentorship throughout their academic journey.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Provide personalized counseling to students aspiring to pursue a career in Chartered Accountancy.

2. Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions to understand students' academic goals, strengths, challenges, and aspirations.

3. Guide students in developing personalized academic plans and strategies to achieve their CA goals.

4. Offer emotional support and encouragement to students during challenging periods of their academic journey.

5. Assist students in identifying and addressing any academic or personal obstacles that may hinder their progress.

6. Collaborate with faculty members and other staff to ensure students receive comprehensive support and resources.

7. Organize workshops, seminars, and other events to provide additional guidance and resources to students.

8. Maintain accurate records of counseling sessions and student progress for tracking purposes.

9. Stay updated on CA course requirements, examination patterns, and industry trends to provide relevant guidance to students.

10. Participate in ongoing professional development activities to enhance counseling skills and knowledge.

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Education, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.

2. Proven experience in counseling or advising students, preferably in an educational or coaching setting.

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with students.

4. Empathetic and patient demeanor with a genuine desire to support students in achieving their goals.

5. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

6. Knowledge of the Chartered Accountancy (CA) course structure, examination process, and career opportunities preferred.

8. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and contribute positively to the institute's culture and mission.

Pay: ₹18,888.58 - ₹25,490.27 per month
