Job Title: Sales Executive Location: Work From Home Department: Sales Reports to: Sales Manager/ TL Job Summary: The Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales and expanding the customer base. This role involves closing potential clients, building strong relationships, and achieving weekly and monthly sales targets through effective sales communication and negotiation skills. Key Responsibilities: Tele-calling & Sales • Calling 150 – 160 new leads per day. • Selling courses/ product to the leads and prospects. • Repetitive calls on DNP numbers and follow-up leads. • Giving In-depth explanation about course/ product to all the leads. • Achieving weekly and monthly sales targets. Data & Reports • Maintain data record for all the leads with correct lead status and comments. • Maintain data record for all potential, warm/hot prospects. Qualifications: • Graduate. • Min 1 year of experience in core B2C sales. • Edtech experience preferred. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
