We are hiring a dedicated **Resident Medical Officer (RMO)** for our **Intensive Care Unit (ICU)**. The role involves continuous monitoring and management of critically ill patients under the supervision of intensivists and senior consultants.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Monitor and manage ICU patients.
- Conduct regular rounds and document clinical progress.
- Respond promptly to emergencies and assist in critical care interventions.
- Assist with procedures such as intubation, central line placement (as per skillset).
- Collaborate with ICU nurses, consultants, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Maintain accurate patient records and prepare discharge summaries.
- Ensure adherence to hospital and ICU protocols including infection control.

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- MBBS degree from a recognized university with valid medical registration.
- Minimum 6 months of ICU or emergency department experience preferred.
- BLS/ACLS certification is a plus.

**Salary & Benefits**:

- **Salary**: ₹3,00,000 per annum/month
- **Accommodation**: Provided free of cost within or near the hospital campus

Pay: ₹75,000.00 per month
