Resident Medical Officer

**Position**: Resident Medical Officer (RMO)
**Qualification**: MBBS
**Experience**: 0 - 10 years (Freshers to experienced)
**Salary**: Up to ₹90,000 per month

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide round-the-clock medical care to patients admitted in wards/ICU/emergency.
- Monitor patient vitals, reports, and treatment progress.
- Assist senior consultants in procedures, diagnostics, and emergencies.
- Maintain accurate patient records and medical charts.
- Coordinate with nursing and paramedical staff for efficient care.
- Handle medical emergencies and initiate immediate treatment.
- Update patient families about clinical progress (if required by management).
- Ensure adherence to hospital protocols and clinical guidelines.
- **For MBBS**: Valid registration with MCI/State Medical Council.
- **For BAMS**: Valid AYUSH license and experience in emergency/ICU setups preferred.
- Good clinical judgment, patient care, and communication skills.
