**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide round-the-clock medical care and attend to emergency cases.
- Monitor and document patient progress, medical history, and vital signs.
- Assist in diagnostic procedures and implement treatment plans advised by consultants.
- Liaise with nurses and other healthcare staff to ensure quality patient care.
- Respond promptly to medical emergencies and initiate immediate care.
- Maintain accurate medical records and complete documentation for admissions, discharges, and referrals.
- Ensure patient and staff safety by adhering to hospital protocols and infection control practices.
- Communicate with patient families regarding condition updates, treatment plans, and prognosis when required.

**Skills & Requirements**:

- MBBS degree from a recognized university.
- Registration with the Medical Council of India or State Medical Council.
- 0-5 years of experience as RMO or in a similar role.
- Ability to remain calm in emergency situations.
- Good clinical judgment, interpersonal, and communication skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹130,000.00 per month
