**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet guests on arrival and assist with check-in/check-out
- Handle guest requests and complaints promptly and professionally
- Coordinate with housekeeping, F&B, and front office teams
- Provide personalized service for VIP and repeat guests

**Requirements**:

- 1-3 years’ experience in guest relations or front office (hospitality preferred)
