**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain accurate financial records and manage day-to-day accounting tasks.
- Prepare and process journal entries, ensuring proper documentation and approvals.
- Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reconciliations (bank, accounts payable, accounts receivable, etc.).
- Assist with the preparation of financial statements, reports, and management accounts.
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies, procedures, and applicable financial regulations.
- Support internal and external audits, providing required documentation and explanations.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
- Monitor and resolve discrepancies in accounts payable and receivable.
- Handle SAP transactions, including data entry, posting, and updating of financial information.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial data.

**Key Requirements**:

- **Education**:

- A Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (BCOM) or an MBA in Finance is mandatory.
- **Experience**:

- 2-3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
- Hands-on experience with SAP Financial Modules (FI/CO) is required.
- **Skills & Knowledge**:

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and reporting.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and SAP (mandatory).
- Analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.

- Proactive attitude towards process improvement and efficien

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
