**Role & Responsibilities**:

- ** Tax Compliance/ Advisory**:

- Preparation of computation for companies.
- Preparation and uploading of Income tax returns & tax forms for Corporates.
- Working on International tax advisory queries and knowledge on DTAAs.
- Advisory on withholding taxes on cross border transactions.
- Working knowledge on Transfer pricing benchmarking and TP study.
- Working knowledge of Indirect Tax (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GST-9, GST RFD-11).
- Experience in payroll planning and structuring related aspects.
- Drafting of Inter-company agreements.
- Handling Transfer Pricing Assessments.
- Preparation of Provision for Tax Working and Deferred Tax.
- Experience of preparing schedules / overviewing Tax Audit u/s 44AB.
- Liaising with Big4 tax consultants.

Banking Operations**:

- Working knowledge of banking products and operations.
- Knowledge of KYC requirements of banks both domestic and international.
- Hands-on experience of banking documentation and execution thereof.
- Exposure to FEMA related matters - role of AD Banks.
- Capability in independently handling correspondence / communications with banks at both domestic and international level.
- Capability in managing banking relationships.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Graduation Mandatory.
- 3-4 years in Direct/ Indirect tax and international tax Mandatory.
- Experience in backed/ compliance department desired.
- Experience in working with fast paced start-ups / Edtech preferred.
- Experience in USA and Singapore tax compliances will be an added advantage.
