Lab Chemist

**Job Title: Lab Chemist**

**Location**: Aliyali Village, Palghar

**Salary**: ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 per month

**Shift**: Must be willing to work in shifts

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct chemical analysis and testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.
- Ensure compliance with laboratory safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
- Record, document, and interpret test results accurately and in a timely manner.
- Prepare chemical solutions, reagents, and samples for testing.
- Monitor laboratory equipment and ensure it is well-maintained and calibrated.
- Identify and resolve any issues or inconsistencies in test results.
- Collaborate with production and quality control teams to ensure product quality.
- Maintain and organize lab records and reports as per company standards.
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of lab instruments and equipment.

**Qualifications**:

- **B.Sc.** in Chemistry or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in a **lab chemist** or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of chemical testing methods, equipment, and safety protocols.
- Ability to work in rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, night).
- Good attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
