Qualification:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field

**Experience**:
2 - 4 years proven experience in the lubricant industry or related fields (e.g., chemicals, additives, manufacturing)

**Job Responsibility**:

- Conduct sampling of packaging materials (e.g., aerosol cans, stickers, MS and HDPE cans/drums)
- Test raw materials and finished products for key properties such as Viscosity, Density, Pour point, Flash point
- Operate and maintain lab instruments such as: Viscometers, pH meters, TDS meters, Karl Fischer apparatus, Infrared (IR) spectrometer
- Oversee overall lab activities, including workflow management
- Maintain accurate records for all testing procedures, results, and reports
- Collaborate with internal teams such as Production, R&D, Stores, Purchasing, and Marketing
- Provide support services to lab technicians and other staff, assisting with training and troubleshooting

**Key Skills**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to document and present test results, technical reports, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Ability to prepare technical reports and documentation for internal and external stakeholders
