**Job Title: R&D Chemist / Officer**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Experimentation**:

- Execute experiments as per daily planning, ensuring alignment with project timelines.
- Record and maintain detailed lab registers and analytical records.

**Data Analysis**:

- Interpret analytical data to support product development and optimization.
- Prepare and present reports on experimental findings to the R&D team.

**Laboratory Management**:

- Ensure compliance with safety standards while handling hazardous chemicals and materials, using appropriate PPE.
- Maintain a clean and organized laboratory environment.

**Process Development**:

- Assist in the scale-up of batches during production to ensure smooth transitions from lab to plant.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to standardize production processes.

**Support**:

- Assist in maintaining and adapting existing products.

**Ad Hoc Duties**:

- Undertake additional tasks as assigned by the Department Head to support departmental goals.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: B.Sc / M.Sc in Organic Chemistry or a related field.
- **Experience**: 2-4 years of experience in process development of APIs, pharmaceutical intermediates, or fine chemicals.
- **Skills**:

- Proficiency in laboratory techniques and analytical methods.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex data.
- Familiarity with safety standards and hazardous material handling.

**Additional Information**:

- **Shift Timings**: 1st & 2nd shift

- **Compensation**: As Per experience

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
