We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Optical Sales Associate to join our team. You’ll assist customers in selecting eyewear, provide product knowledge, and ensure a positive shopping experience while meeting sales targets.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist customers in choosing eyewear (glasses, lenses, and accessories) based on their needs and preferences.
- Provide detailed product information and recommend appropriate optical solutions.
- Maintain knowledge of the latest optical trends, styles, and technologies.
- Achieve sales goals and contribute to store performance.
- Process customer orders and handle fittings, adjustments, and repairs.
- Ensure a clean and organized sales floor.
- Process payments and manage inventory.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent (optical certification a plus).
- 1-2 years of retail or sales experience, preferably in optical or eyewear.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to handle various tasks.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
