**Position Overview**:
We are on the lookout for a motivated and customer-oriented Optical Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will assist customers in selecting the best eyewear products, provide expert knowledge, and ensure an exceptional shopping experience, all while contributing to sales targets and overall store performance.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Assistance**:

- Guide customers in selecting eyewear, including glasses, lenses, and accessories, tailored to their individual preferences and vision needs.
- Offer comprehensive information about products and recommend the best optical solutions to meet customers' requirements.
- **Product Knowledge & Trends**:

- Stay informed about the latest optical styles, trends, and technologies to provide up-to-date recommendations.
- Continuously educate yourself on new product offerings and market developments to provide expert advice.
- **Sales Targets & Performance**:

- Work towards achieving personal and store sales targets, driving revenue and contributing to the overall success of the store.
- **Order Processing & Adjustments**:

- Process customer orders, handle eyewear fittings, and assist with adjustments and repairs to ensure customer satisfaction.
- **Store Maintenance**:

- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring an inviting and professional environment for customers.
- **Payment & Inventory Management**:

- Accurately process payments, maintain transaction records, and manage inventory to ensure products are available for sale.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent (Optical certification is an added advantage).
- 1-2 years of experience in retail sales, ideally in optical or eyewear.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented setting.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
