**ob Description**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare **Quotations, Purchase Orders (PO), and Sales Orders (SO)**:

- Handle **client and vendor follow-ups**:

- Daily coordination with **Sales & Accounts team**:

- Maintain **data reports and MIS** using Excel (Pivot Tables, Formulas etc.)
- Manage entries and reports in **Tally (mandatory)**

**Requirements**:

- **Proficiency in MS Excel** (Formulas, Pivot Tables, Reports)
- **Knowledge of Tally** is mandatory
- Good communication skills in **Gujarati, Hindi, and English**:

- Strong coordination & multitasking abilities
- Engineering background preferred (Mechanical/Electrical/Any) - but **graduates from any stream can apply**:

- Immediate joiners preferred
