**Experience and Qualification**:

- Must hold a bachelor's degree preferably in Human Resource or Information Technology or in related fields
- 6 months to 2.5 years of maximum experience in **IT recruitment**and **talent acquisition**.
- Prior experience in **client handling**and stakeholder management is a plus.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with **hiring managers, HR teams, and clients**to understand hiring needs and deliver quality talent.
- Stay updated on **IT industry trends**, emerging technologies, and best hiring practices.

**Technical Skills**:

- Basic understanding of **IT technologies**, programming languages, and methodologies (Java, C++, Cloud, SQL, NoSQL, etc.).

**Competencies**:

- **Strong client management**and communication skills.
- Excellent **negotiation and conflict resolution**abilities.
- Ability to work **independently and collaboratively**within a team.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and result-driven.
