- **Have excellent project management skills.**:
- **Can manage stakeholders independently and ensure business continuity.**:
- **Can think creatively and out of the box.**:
- **Can work as an individual contributor as well as a collaborator.**:
- **Can lead and manage a team of junior internal communications editors.**:
- **Has extensive experience in working in a cross-cultural B2B environment, stakeholder
- and project management, including budgeting.**:
- **Proven track record of extensive content writing and/or copywriting experience.**:
- **Proficient in the use of Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft Office Suite. Basic image editing skills is mandatory. Knowledge of Photoshop and video making/editing will be an added advantage.**
**Primary Skills**:
- **Should be a postgraduate with a background in journalism, communications, public relations, or marketing (exposure to marketing is an added advantage).**:
- **Has minimum 10 years of working experience and at least 4 years of experience in strategizing and executing internal communications. Prior experience with leadership communications would be an added advantage.**
**Secondary Skills**:
- **Proficient in the use of content management systems for creating and publishing content.**:
- **Can adapt to the latest communication tools especially Viva Engage, LinkedIn, X, and other social platforms.**
