**Job Description**:

- Have excellent project management skills.
- Can manage stakeholders independently and ensure business continuity.
- Can think creatively and out of the box.
- Can work as an individual contributor as well as a collaborator.
- Can lead and manage a team of junior internal communications editors.
- Has extensive experience in working in a cross-cultural B2B environment, stakeholder
- and project management, including budgeting.
- Proven track record of extensive content writing and/or copywriting experience.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft Office Suite. Basic image editing skills is mandatory. Knowledge of Photoshop and video making/editing will be an added advantage.

**Primary Skills:
- Should be a postgraduate with a background in journalism, communications, public relations, or marketing (exposure to marketing is an added advantage).
- Has minimum 10 years of working experience and at least 4 years of experience in strategizing and executing internal communications. Prior experience with leadership communications would be an added advantage.

**Secondary Skills:
- Proficient in the use of content management systems for creating and publishing content.
- Can adapt to the latest communication tools especially Viva Engage, LinkedIn, X, and other social platforms.
