01. Secretary

1. Coordinating the workflows of various activities related to faculty matters concerning FDEC, research activities, work norms etc.

2. Managing the documentation and process flow of the activities of the office of Dean (F&R).

3. Assisting the Dean (Faculty & Research) with documentation, paper works and filling.

4. Taking care of travel arrangements as required.

5. Keeping a track of day to day appointments.

6. Receiving documents i.e., Letters, Bills etc., and the same are to be sent to the concerned officials and follow up from time to time.

7. Receiving Telephone Calls.

8. Coordinating with the other departments officials in regards to official tasks.

9. Arrange meetings and prepare Minutes of the meeting.

10. Record keeping and sending E-Mail, Internet browsing, Fax, Courier etc.

11. Managing information flow in a timely and accurate manner.

12. Managing databases of critical information for the Dean (Faculty & Research)’s Office.

13. Assisting in making preparation for meetings and conferences.

14. Any other jobs assigned by the Competent Authority from time to time.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
