Internship Opportunity: Sales Intern - Kolkata

Position: Sales Intern
Duration: 3 Months
Location: Kolkata, West Bengal
Stipend: ₹5,000 Fixed + ₹5,000 Variable Performance Incentives: Handsome commission on sales target achievement, up to ₹30,000.

Eligibility Criteria:
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Must carry a personal laptop during the internship period.

Highly presentable with a pleasing personality and confidence to represent the company in client meetings.

Key Learning Opportunities:
Exposure to high-level sales strategies and ground-level sales and marketing realities.

Experience working with corporate products and services.

Practical knowledge of dealing with corporates, SMEs, and MSMEs.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Identify and generate leads in the corporate, SME, and MSME sectors.

Actively engage in client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close sales.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships.

Collaborate with the marketing team to implement sales strategies effectively.

Achieve sales targets while maintaining a professional and ethical approach.

Prepare and present sales reports and market insights to the management.

Additional Details:
Work Hours: 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM (1-hour lunch break).

Attractive commission structure to reward high performance.

Note: This internship is designed for dynamic and ambitious individuals aiming to build a strong foundation in sales and marketing, with hands-on exposure to real-world business scenarios.
