We're Hiring Manager -Taxation & Audit For a leading Chartered Accountant Firm

**Criteria**:

- Manager -Taxation & Audit
- Chartered Accountant with 3 to 4 years post-qualification experience ( Preferably from midsize CA Firm only)
- Location: Dadar
- execution, supervising and ensuring the timeliness of deliverables
- monitoring and supervising team members
- independently leading and ensuring execution, advising and handling clientele for:

- retainer services for monthly accounts, management reports and compliances with TDS and GST
- statutory audits of the company
- income tax compliances including tax audits and filings
- transfer pricing structuring advisory, compliances and preparing study reports
- tax planning and advisory for various types of entities.
- basic knowledge of DTAA interpretation and issuance of certificates including 15CA/CB
- strong knowledge of income tax law
- basic knowledge around internal audits
- all other statutory compliances
- basic knowledge of GST regulations

**Traits**:

- worked with mid-size CA firm and looking after all compliances for corporate entities
- hands on working experience on finalization of accounts, accounting standards, audit, income tax, compliance advisory, etc.
- problem solving attitude
- able to handle client independently
- good grip on accounting concepts
- basic knowledge about GST, ROC
- have handled compliances for Private Limited clients (size of the clients served be 5 crores to 50+ crores), LLPs, HNIs, NRIs, etc
- excellent verbal & written English communication
- able to lead and monitor team of Accountant and Article assistants
- good grip on accounting softwares such as Tally ERP9/Prime, tax softwares, etc
