**Job Description**:

- Experience in Income-tax, International Tax and Transfer Pricing.
- Preparing tax workings for corporates, firms, and individuals. Working on advisory projects involving technical research, drafting memos, preparing presentations, attending conferences / meetings, liaising / communicating with clients, other tax teams (GST team, client’s in-house tax team), etc
- Drafting of appeals to Commissioner of Income-tax (Appeals)(CIT(A)), Dispute Resolution Panel (DRP) and Tribunal
- Preparing and filing compilations and written submissions before CIT(A), DRP and Tribunal
- Transfer Pricing compliance and advisory services including verification of transfer pricing documentation, conducting functional and benchmarking analysis, assistance in drafting of Transfer Pricing Study Report (Local File), Master File, Country by Country Report.
- Briefing Counsels for Tribunal appeals and Writ Petitions and Appeals inHigh Court
- Advising on foreign remittance and issuing requisite certificates.
- Conducting Tax Due Diligence (TDD) and drafting TDD Reports.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
