As a Retail Sales Officer, you will be responsible for promoting and selling products in a retail environment. Your primary goal will be to ensure a positive customer experience while meeting or exceeding sales targets. You will play a crucial role in driving revenue and fostering customer loyalty through effective sales techniques and excellent customer service.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Engagement**:

- Greet customers and provide assistance in finding products.
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products.
- Provide product demonstrations and explanations to customers.
- **Sales Generation**:

- Actively promote and sell products to achieve sales targets.
- Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize revenue.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries to convert them into sales.
- **Product Knowledge**:

- Possess in-depth knowledge of the products being sold.
- Stay updated on product features, specifications, and promotions.
- Communicate product information effectively to customers.
- **Store Maintenance**:

- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the sales floor.
- Ensure products are properly stocked and displayed.
- Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies to the appropriate authority.
- **Transaction Processing**:

- Handle cash, credit, and other payment methods accurately.
- Process transactions efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Issue receipts and maintain accurate sales records.
- **Customer Service**:

- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner.
- Resolve customer issues promptly and escalate complex matters to the relevant department if necessary.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service at all times.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
