Facility Executive

**General Maintenance**:
- Perform routine checks and maintenance of electrical, plumbing, heating, and cooling systems.
- Carry out repairs, such as fixing leaks, replacing light bulbs, and addressing minor mechanical issues.
- Oversee pest control and report any infestations.
**Store Upkeep**:
- Ensure the cleanliness of store interiors and exteriors, including parking lots, restrooms, and stock areas.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance issues and address them promptly.
**Safety Compliance**:
- Ensure store compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Regularly inspect store equipment and ensure all safety measures are in place (e.g., fire extinguishers, emergency exits).
- Report any hazards or safety concerns to the store or facilities manager.
**Inventory Management**:
- Manage and keep track of maintenance supplies and equipment.
- Order necessary supplies and parts as needed for repairs.
- Maintain a log of maintenance work performed and ensure it is up-to-date.
**Customer Service Support**:
- Provide assistance to store staff when necessary, including helping with setting up or moving displays.
- Occasionally assist with handling deliveries or setting up for special promotions or events.
**Skills and Qualifications**:
- High school diploma, graduate or equivalent.
- Proven experience in general maintenance, plumbing, or electrical work (preferred).
- Ability to operate maintenance tools and equipment.
- Basic knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
