**Job Title**: Production Supervisor - Prefabrication Division

**Location**: Ezhichur, Oragadam, Kanchipuram District

**Qualification**: BE - Mechanical / Civil

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and monitor production activities in the prefabrication unit.
- Manage fabrication, assembly, and quality control of site offices, labour camps, farmhouses, container offices, and other prefab structures.
- Ensure timely execution of production as per project requirements and client specifications.
- Coordinate with design, procurement, and site teams for smooth workflow.
- Maintain production schedules, workforce planning, and daily progress reporting.
- Implement safety, quality, and process standards at the production facility.
- Guide and train technicians/workmen to achieve efficiency and productivity.

**Requirements**:

- BE (Mechanical / Civil) with relevant experience in prefabrication / structural building industry.
- Good knowledge of prefabricated structures, materials, and production processes.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and team management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and ensure on-time delivery.
- Immediate joiner preferred.
