**Role Overview**:
We are hiring an energetic and empathetic **Customer Support Executive - Fintech** to manage inbound and outbound calls, resolve customer queries, and ensure a superior customer experience. The role involves handling financial product-related queries and delivering professional service aligned with our high standards.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to address customer queries and service requests related to fintech products.
- Provide accurate product information, resolve issues, and escalate complex cases when necessary.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction through prompt, courteous, and effective service.
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions and update CRM systems.
- Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved and feedback is collected.
- Achieve defined KPIs (response time, resolution time, customer satisfaction scores).
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and service quality.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, data protection, and regulatory standards.
- Graduate (any stream); Finance/Commerce background preferred.
- 3-5 years of **customer support / calling / voice process** experience in **Fintech or BFSI industry**.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hindi & English.
- Strong customer service orientation with problem-solving ability.
- Good knowledge of fintech products, financial terms, and customer handling etiquette.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Positive attitude, patience, and ability to handle high-volume calls.
