**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Teach core and elective courses in Business Analytics, Statistics, and related areas in PGDM and undergraduate programs.
- Develop and update curriculum in line with industry and academic advancements.
- Engage in high-quality research and publish in peer-reviewed journals.
- Mentor and guide students in academic projects, internships, and career development.
- Foster industry connections and contribute to consultancy and executive education programs.
- Participate in institutional activities, academic committees, and quality initiatives.
- Promote experiential and outcome-based learning pedagogy.

- Econometrics
- Python / R / SQL / SPSS / Tableau / Power BI

**Eligibility Criteria:Professor**:

- Ph.D. in Business Analytics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in teaching/research/industry.
- Proven track record of research publications in reputed journals.
- Leadership in academic/industry interface and curriculum development preferred.

**Associate Professor**:

- Ph.D. with minimum 8 years of teaching/research/industry experience.
- Demonstrated research capability with publications in indexed journals.
- Experience in guiding research scholars is desirable.

**Assistant Professor**:

- Ph.D. (or nearing completion) in a relevant discipline.

**Desired Skills**:

- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong academic orientation with an innovative mindset
- Experience with modern data tools and analytics software
- Ability to integrate industry insights into academic delivery
- Adaptability to blended/online teaching methods

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹130,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Begur, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
