We are looking for a proactive and dedicated SEO Manager to join our team. This role is perfect for freshers or individuals with 1-2 years of experience in SEO, who are passionate about driving organic growth and looking to step into a managerial role early in their career. As an SEO Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of SEO strategies to enhance our online visibility and achieve higher search engine rankings.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement effective SEO strategies tailored to our business goals.
- Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high-impact opportunities for optimization.
- Oversee on-page SEO efforts, including optimizing meta tags, titles, headers, and content for targeted keywords.
- Manage link-building initiatives to improve domain authority and search engine rankings.
- Monitor and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush, providing regular reports and insights.
- Conduct competitor analysis to stay ahead in the market and identify new opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with content creators to ensure all content is optimized for SEO.
- Stay updated on the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices.
- Lead and mentor a small team, ensuring they are aligned with the SEO strategy and goals.
- Manage relationships with external agencies or freelancers, if required.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum Bachelor's degree
- Solid understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
- Experience with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage projects, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Passion for continuous learning and staying updated with the latest SEO trends.
