**Job Title**: Rigging Supervisor

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise all rigging and lifting operations on-site.
- Ensure all activities are performed in accordance with safety standards and lifting procedures.
- Review and implement lifting plans in coordination with the lifting engineer.
- Inspect and ensure all lifting tools and tackles are certified and in good condition.
- Coordinate with crane operators, riggers, and site engineers for daily operations.
- Conduct toolbox talks and risk assessments before critical lifts.
- Maintain records of all lifting operations and daily reports.
- Stop any unsafe lifting operations and report incidents immediately.
- Train and guide rigging crew on safe practices and proper rigging techniques.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **5+ years of experience** in rigging and lifting operations.
- **Valid Rigging Supervisor / Rigger Level 3 Certification** (TUV, LEEA, or equivalent).
- Strong knowledge of lifting gear, crane operations, and load calculations.
- Familiarity with international safety standards (e.g., OSHA, LOLER, BS 7121).
- Ability to read lifting plans, load charts, and rigging drawings.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Must be available to **join immediately**.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (preferred, not mandatory).
- HSE training certificates (OSHA 30, NEBOSH, First Aid, etc.).

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
