**Job Summary**: To support the Yard Supervisor in leading the yard team and to deliver excellent customer service in the yard, through demonstrating best practice regarding Health & Safety.

**Responsibilities**:

- Tubular Management: Maintaining Complete Tubulars Inventories Rig wise, in Inventory format.
- Maintaining Regular Inspection of Tubulars as per required Criteria by Operators to match and fulfill the Contractual Requirements.
- Tracking and Monitoring with maintaining records of all Tubulars downgraded for Repairs after inspection and the tubulars received from rigs for repairs which all needs to be moved to vendor, with proper Co-ordination with Rigs, Rig Managers and Buyers for issuing Po, before moving to vendor’s workshop.
- Excess and downgraded tubulars to be taken for Export with proper Communication with Rig’s, Rig Manager’s and other stack holders with getting approved AMR, before releasing the tubulars from yard.
- Communication on daily basis with Rigs/Rig Managers for fulfilling the Tubulars Requirements as on time as per Requirements, tubulars due for Inspection, and with Change of BHA according to well Change Program.
- Daily Co-ordination with Third Party Tubulars Inspection Team and making sure they follow our safety standards to perform Safe work practices in yard.
- Crane and forklift Operations is part of daily Operations, which must be mentored for carrying out safe Operations in yard.
- Maintaining Racking and Stacking of the backloaded and inspected tubulars in racks in Timely manner.
- Maintaining Inventory of Required Slings and Clamps for tubulars Movement
- Maintaining Annual Inspection of all Tubulars Storage Rack as per SD Safety
- Liaisoning with ONGC-Nhava yard Lead, Rigs and Office for Movement of Tubulars in timely manner to Port, to fulfill the tubulars requirement within given time.
- Visiting in Nhava for Scrap Clearance Witnessing Signatory, as required
- Supporting the OES Audits preparation for Tubulars to fulfill the Contractual Requirements.
- Need to take ownership for assigned responsibility for Making the yard a Best Supporting Pool with immediate reverting Team on all Queries, which includes Mentoring the Safe Operations in yard with Maintaining the best Safety Cultures in yard as per Company Policy & Procedures, with making the yard an incident free work place.
- Maintaining and Supporting Annually Rigs Asset Counts Matching.
- Assigned work and Task to be maintained with high level accuracy.
- Yard Set-up/ and Movement of Yard to be planned as an when the Shifting of Yard will take place, which must be planned with Complete safe working procedures.
- **Warehouse Management: Manage & Control Stock & Capital Equipment and same to be updated to Rigs on weekly basis.**

**Required Skill Set**:
1. Minimum 2-5 years of relevant experience.

2. Strong interpersonal skills, including written and oral communication skills.

3. Bachelor’s degree in any related field, Diploma (Mech Engineering) preferred.

4. Should be able to work on ERP/ SAP systems, Microsoft office.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
